I ordered a bracelet that wasn't completely right. This company was amazing. They stepped right up and replaced it. No questions asked. I was so impressed with their customer service! Beautiful bracelet too.

Gorgeous Bracelet but will fall off
Beautiful bracelet, but the screw loosens easily. Bracelet has fallen off. Must tighten screw often.

Pretty and Bold!
Very different bracelet with any edgy look! It doesn’t look gold , but that’s okay has more of a brass appearance. Has not tarnished! My only concern ( and that’s why I gave it 4 stars) is be careful on occasion the screw tends to open. Luckly both times it happened I caught it! Otherwise I like it …great addition to my collection ! And also great presentation in its wrapping.

Unfortunately- the screw comes loose
Unfortunately- the screw that is to secure the bracelet comes loose very quickly - even when reallllly tightening. The bracelet then falls off - super sad because it looks great. My other pieces of EV have been terrific.
