A: Ellie Vail Jewelry Jewelry charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday.
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.
Q: Can i expedite my shipping?
A: For $15.95 your order can be shipped as 2 day delivery. As for overnight shipping, for $25.00 your order can be shipped overnight if it is in stock. Expedited orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day.
Q: How long until I receive my item?
A: We ship out first class mail through USPS, which takes anywhere from 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of now, we only ship to US & Canada.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Paypal for all orders.
Q: Can I return or exchange my collection piece?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package . (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Return labels are included in all Ellie Vail packages free of charge. To make a return, please email Info@ellievail.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return.
