Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at Ellie Vail Jewelry is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer Paypal as an additional payment option. 
 
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A:  Ellie Vail Jewelry Jewelry charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed. 
 
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday.
 
Q: How do i know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there. 
 
Q: Can i expedite my shipping?
A:  For orders over $150, Express shipping is free. For orders under $150 Express shipping is available for $9.99 
A: For international orders, express shipping is available and rates are calculated automatically at checkout. 

Q: How long until I receive my item?
A: (Standard) First Class USPS: Anywhere from 2-5 business days. 
A: (Express) Priority USPS: 2-3 business days. 
A: (International) USPS First Class Intl: 15 business days. 
A: (International) USPS Priority Intl: 6-10 business days. 
 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of now, we only ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
 
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Paypal for all orders.
 
Q: Can I return or exchange my collection piece?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any full priced items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. Custom items and discounted items are not returnable. At this time, we are only accepting exchange requests for items with an equal price. To make a return, or for more information on returns please visit our returns page.
