- USPS Priority Mail ( 1-3 business days) FREE on orders over $150. This option is available for $9.99 for orders under $150.
- USPS Express: (1-2 Business Days)Order must be placed before 12:00 PM.
- UPS Ground (Standard 1-5 business days) *rates are calculated at checkout.
- UPS 2ND Day Air: (2 Business Days) Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duty fees are included at time of purchase.

- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM (EST) or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
IF AN ORDER IS PLACED ON HOLD DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEING FLAGGED BY OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN THE TIMELINE MENTIONED ABOVE.
ONCE WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THE CORRECT ADDRESS FROM YOU (THE CUSTOMER) YOUR ORDER WILL THEN BE PROCESSED.
IF YOU REPLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH CONFIRMATION BEFORE 12PM EST, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP OUT THAT SAME DAY. ALL RESPONSES AFTER 12PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

A fee of $9.99 will added to your order if it has been sent back to our facility more then once.
Ellie Vail Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but were not received by the customer.
If after 21 days your package has still not been physically delivered please reach out to our customer service team for further investigation. Orders sent via Priority Mail may qualify for a replacement to be sent out.
