Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange or return your jewelry for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Only full priced items are eligible. Sample Sale items are not considered full priced items and are final sale.

Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically takes up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Our jewelry is made from gold PVD plating over stainless steel. Our jewelry ranges from 1.5 - 2 microns thick.

Hypoallergenic jewelry means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction. We cannot guarantee everyone will have the same experience, but we do recommend hypoallergenic jewelry as the best option for those with sensitive skin.

Physical vapor deposition, or PVD, is a process we use for coating our stainless steel jewelry. The technique involves “blasting” the gold onto the base metal at a high temperature. During the process, the material moves from a condensed vapor phase into a thin solid film.

PVD coatings over stainless steel are more resistant to corrosion from water and regular wear than gold plating.

You can swim, shower and sweat in our jewelry.

*Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading the plating a lot faster. 

- Store your jewelry separately to avoid scratching.

- Use a soft cloth to remove dirt and oil buildup. Dirt and oil buildup can make jewelry appear darker and dingy.
