Our jewelry is pretty low maintenance, but to keep your jewelry looking its best follow our below recommendations.
- Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching
- Wipe away dirt and oil buildup with a soft cloth - preferably a microfiber, or jewelry cloth. Dirt and oil buildup will temporarily darken the appearance of the jewelry unless cleaned properly.
- Avoid direct contact with chemicals (lotions, perfumes, ETC) as both will contribute to fading
- Do not sleep in delicate necklaces
*Hypoallergenic jewelry means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction. We cannot guarantee everyone will have the same experience, but we do recommend hypoallergenic jewelry as the best option for those with sensitive skin.

- USPS Priority Mail (Express 1-3 business days) FREE on orders over $150. This option is available for $9.99 for orders under $150.

International Shipping Rates:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duty fees are included at time of purchase.

- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the following day.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center here
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from receipt of package
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement free of charge.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants (even exchanges). Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
All international orders return requests must be made via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org - once approved you will receive a return authorization number to be written to the outside of the package being sent back.
Ellie Vail Jewelry does not provide return labels for international returns.
International exchanges shipping fees will have to be paid by the customer.
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Once a gift card is purcahsed, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
If this is a gift for someone else, then you must forward the gift card email to the recipient.
Gift cards have no expiration date.
