FULFILLMENT:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM (EST) or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
*Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped out the next business day.
ORDER CHANGES:
Our team works hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. Therefore, no changes can be made to your order after it has been placed.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange or return your jewelry for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Only full priced items are eligible. Sample Sale items are not considered full priced items and are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
