Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. It may take up to 2 business days to process your return. Ellie Vail jewelry is made from hypoallergenic metals such as stainless steel and copper, which are plated in 18k gold.
We suggest limited contact with water and sweat. However, our jewelry can stand up to a normal amount of both.
Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading.
