If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return, or exchange your collection piece for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This excludes sale items. Returns/exchanges must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees. It may take up to 2 business days to process your return. You will receive a refund within 10 business days.
Ellie Vail jewelry is made from stainless steel plated in 18k gold. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and won't tarnish, rust, or turn your skin green.
We suggest limited contact with water and sweat. However, our jewelry can stand up to a normal amount of both.
Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading.
